QR code capture loads to blank Safari page

With the current requirement to check-in everywhere at the moment, I'm having an issue with loading the page for a QR capture. I can do the capture correctly but then it loads in Safari as a blank page. A full white screen with no error message or anything. It's not about time either, as I've waited several minutes and the page doesn't load. Also, I have a 7-Eleven app that I can DL and open but it asks to 'sign in or register' and I hit the button to sign in and it loads to a white blank page with 'bad request' in the top left-hand corner. No one else seems to have issues loading the app. I think it must be Safari because its the connection between where the Contract Tracing QR takes me and where my 7-Eleven app takes me. I have tried clearing history in settings and the issue remains.
