What to Do:

A. Report this to Apple:

Forward a screenshot of this as an attachment to Apple using this eMail address: reportphishing@apple.com. In the comments pane, inform Apple of what the attachment is all about: an eMail contacting an attachment of a phishing scam.

B. Modify your Credentials:

If you interacted with this site or message in any major whatsoever, other than closing it, then immediately, performing the following, is best at this point. Elsewise you are find from here. Nothing needs to be modified.  If you did interact with it, consider...

• Modifying: your login credentials (using both a New eMail and a New Password) for Apple and each and all sites
• Associating: a different method of payment to your account
• Enabling: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option

It’s a scam ad designed to scare you into downloading useless software.
