Hi there, all of a sudden the photos shared from my iphone 12 are low resolution. I'm not aware of changing any camera / photo settings. Any suggestions how to get full resolution photos again please (saved on phone - not just iCloud)?

To get started, in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Photos, is 'Download and Keep Originals' enabled here or is 'Optimize iPhone Storage'?
