i have this call icon for about 4 months, can you help me to remove this icon?

This is for call forwarding, which you may have enabled, accidentally
- Call Forwarding:
appears in the status bar when call forwarding is on. You must be in range of the cellular network when you set iPhone to forward calls, or calls won’t be forwarded.
- Go to Settings
> Phone > Call Forwarding [Disable]
