unable to delete apps on iphone

hello there,

i have a really big problem. When I want to delete the app on the iphone, it just removes it from the home screen. the application remains in the archive. In the iPhone storage area menu, when I access the application, it only gives information about the application. Under it, the option to uninstall the application or delete the application does not appear. Also deleting app option does not appear when i tap the apps through the application archive.
