My water bottle leaked in my bag, where my iPad was being held, it now has 3 different shades of colour on the screen, though it works properly. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

To my knowledge, there's no way to fix it, sorry. If the liquid damage reached your iPad's internal components, it's not repairable.
Make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
