How to get capital letters to remain after pressing the symbol key.

Double tap on caps lock symbol (one tap, to disable it).

Thank you. No. What I would like is for the capital letters to remain on after pressing the symbols and numbers button. When you set the capitals, if you press the symbol button, the capitals are deactivated and you have to press it twice to set them again.
