My Bose Bluetooth earbuds keep disconnecting from my MacBook

Same issue with Sennheiser HD 350BT and iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017).
None of the workarounds or other fixes work.

You broke this so you can also fix this!

Having installed 11.2.2 last week I was surprised to see 11.2.3 today. That's eleven days between operating system releases. Which must be some kind of record.
Having been burned, I never auto-update any macBook software, especially OS releases, until the software has aged in the bottle. For OS releases, I always check out what Apple says about the release. This speedy release was triggered, apparently, by a back door to malicious code. (It was discovered by a Microsoft employee, a great example of coopetition.)
Still curious about the 11-day OS turnaround, I checked in with this discussion forum. WOW! So many people with so many problems.
I just got my phone to open my MacBook again after 11.2.2 ....Gonna age 11.2.3 for a bit before installing (forever?).
Patience is a virtue in life. It is a necessity with information systems.
No help from Big Sur 11.2.3 update :-(
I've just done the update and my wifi isn't working now at all ! bluetooth seems ok. :(
