I tried to open a hotspot on my iPhone 11, but when I go the the Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot this screen just won't load (see screenshot). Please help :(
P.S. I already tried to restart the phone, the cellular connection and to reset network settings.

Maybe your Carrier has not enabled it for you.
SMS, MMS, WiFi Call, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Call, Hotspot, Voice Mail (Visual or Normal) all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
