How to add a Marked Location, from Maps, to your Calendar.

I have a marked location (this is not a type in address) marked in Apple maps.

How can I add that marked location into a calendar event?

Why has maps stopped showing calendar events and directions? Until about two weeks ago, I could go to my Apple Maps and it would find events with locations in my calendar. From maps, I could click on the event and pull up directions. I was playing around with settings and apparently accidentally turned off that feature. Maps is no longer showing my upcoming events. I’ve tried everything I can think of. (Location are turned on for both.) Any ideas what I changed and how I can get it back?

Why does Calendar show a transit station in the location field that I have never marked or entered? Why does Calendar show a place in the location field that I have never marked or entered? Every time I go to the location field of my Calendar to enter a location for a reminder, a transit station called “Sendai station Chou, Aoba,Sendai, Miyagi, Japan” - a place I have never entered into my Calendar or Maps and does not show up in any type of Maps pin, favorite, or location, is listed at the top of Location choices. How can I get rid of it?

Timeline on apple maps How can i lookup when I went to a certain address through apple maps? I have tried looking at the location services, but i does not allow me to select anything on that page?

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today. It sounds like you want to add a Marked Location to the Calendar app on your Mac.

The only way to add a location is described here: Add location and travel time to events in Calendar on Mac. If it isn't a landmark or address, it may not be able to be added.
