My phone is having trouble charging

i have tried every charger and my phone will not charge unless the charger is put a certain way. even tired to clean the hole out

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Check the cable and try another cable if you have one. It might have damage somewhere. Would make more sense that 'if you put it a certain way' the cable shorts out, rather than a problem with the charger.
