Safari keeps asking for cookie settings

Hi,

I have to confirm cookie settings in Safari - time and time again for the same websites, sometimes on a daily basis. "Block all cookies" is not enabled. I've had the problem for a several months now.

How can I arrange for my choices to be remembered?
