Why it’s shows like that..??

My iPhone is getting overheated while charging. iPhone and the adapter is also getting overheated and also my iPhone shows some bugs while opening some apps like WhatsApp Instagram etc... it will be ok when I switch off and turned on my iPhone... every time it’s shows like that.. I can’t open my WhatsApp. Then some touch problems. Some times my touch won’t work properly. My iphone 10 is much better than iPhone 12...please let me know about it and heating problem.. Kindly please solve my problems immediately as soon as possible..

Normal for the device to get warm when charging. If it gets to warm a message will be displayed on the screen.

I don’t feel it’s normal..... adapter also warm too much... I don’t think so it’s normal and also shows some bugs in some app what about that

"some bugs" really doesn't describe any specific problems. What exactly is going wrong in what apps?

When I open WhatsApp it shows the WhatsApp icon after that it come to main menu
