recent difficulty with Safari in OS 10/15.7

I am having recent difficulty with Safari in OS 10/15.7 The email folders I use will not load when moving from one to another. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? or have a solution?

My problem was using an email provider @regan.com while on safari; but it was working well on chrome. Apple support ask me to uncheck various extensions on safari and that solved the problem.

I'm confused: you mention Safari and then email folders. The latter would be in the Mail app.

Some people still think a browser is the only way to get their mail.
