Whose extension is from DEVGURU?

Big Sur complains about the legacy extension by DEVGURU ltd. But, please, whose extension is that? I don't care who is the developer, I want to know what application put it there.

How do I know which application has the extension? I got a message saying that the app with an extension may not work in the next operating system upgrade. I don't know which app that is refering to. How do I find it?

Android or Samsung ( maybe both).

It may have been installed to sync your Android-based phone with your Mac.
