If that ISO file was of an NTFS system you may need to use
https://www.easyuefi.com/ntfs-for-mac/ntfs-for-mac.html
Macs do not have built-in write to NTFS support.
If that doesn't work, contact the ISO file reader developer to see if they have a method of doing it.
