Don’t remember password for email account attached to my Apple ID.
I need to change the email address associated with my Apple ID, but I don’t remember the password on my original email account. How do I do this?

Your AppleID password has nothing to do with the password you use with the email service for the address you used. You just login to your AppleID using your AppleID password and edit the primary login email as you wish. You can do that even if the current email address isn’t even a live email account any longer.
