So my screen cracked on my Iphone XR so i tried switching back to my old phone which is an iphone 7 plus and I couldnt remember the password so its locked me out completely. Now its saying Iphone Disabled, connect to Itunes. So i try doing that and nothing happens. Any ideas?

My phone wont unlock due to it being disabled. it wont connect to my computer and it wont connect to my itunes. I just want to completely reset the whole phone and start fresh but i'm not sure how.
