YouTube App

After I watched a couple of YouTube Shorts on the YouTube App on my iPhone XR, I noticed that when I scrolled down to look at videos, my iPhone was noticeably sluggish and, and the YouTube Shorts were gone. I checked that my iPhone wasn’t hacked (it wasn’t hacked), and that I have good WiFi (I do), but I’m concerned that this might be a bug on iOS 14.4 (which I am on currently).

Does this issue apply only to the YouTube app? If YES then-

(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

(2) If the above does not work then - Delete the YouTube app and then download and install it again from the App Store
