how to completely remove XCode 12.4

How do I completely remove XCode 12.4. on OS 10.15

Can anybody tell me if there is a way to remove all traces of it?  I looked if you can from within the app, but there seems to be no way to do that.  I find old articles with Terminal commands that do not work.  Is there a uninstaller?

In https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/110227 I found instructions to remove it manually.  Is this still up to date anybody?

cerniuk's answer in that forum post looks good.

Xcode does not have an uninstaller. Moving Xcode to the Trash and emptying the Trash is the way to delete Xcode. The steps in cerniuk's answer remove the remaining traces of Xcode.
