Hi. I just received this iPhone yesterday via mail. Straight out of the box when compared to XS side by side, iP12 Pro Max is noticeably more yellowish and less bright. Read the discussion and many pointed out the same issue. My serial number starts with G0N too. Can anybody please help suggest whether it really is the hardware issue or software. Should I go to the store ?

You can try turning off or on True Tone in Settings > Display and Brightness and see which suits you better. Also Apple sources displays from different manufacturers and some are inherently warmer/cooler than others.
Edit: I should also say try adjusting the Night Shift setting to your preference.

I just used the default one which is not using True Tone and night mode. Still uncomfortable :( tried reducing the white point ... but I hope it could be better. Anyways thank you!
