iPad Air 3 smart connector issue

Hello,

My iPad Air 3 smart keyboard connector has stopped working. Here is some details:

  1. I just bought logitech combo touch for my iPad and it was working for the first time. iPad recognized the keyboard immediately and started working. And then the same day in the evening, i grabbed my iPad and tried to connect with the keyboard, it didnt work. Nothing is happening.
  2. I tried apple smart keyboard on this iPad and the result is same. I’ve tried my logitech keyboard on different iPad and its working so there is no problem with the keyboard.
  3. I’ve tried force restarting, rebooting, and even clean installing the software completely wiping everything.

I’m assuming there is something wrong with the contacts. Is there a way to check it? Help guys... :(

After reading the trobleshooting steps you alredy performed, I think that your best bet is to make an appointment and have your iPad (along with the external keyboard) inspected at an Apple Store or AASP:--> Apple – Location Selector
