My computer automatically updated last night, and this morning I have a pop up that says "ExtendedFieldd" will damage your computer. Clicking the buttons does nothing. I am including a screenshot -- are there any suggestions?

Malware downloaded and installed, maybe from another Application from a Non Reliable Developers Site and Not from Apple Apps Store. The App may have been bundled with this Malware.
Suggestion - Download from Reliable Developers website MalwareBytes or another Trusted Developer Site EtreCheck - install either but not both and run the Application to search for an Remove the Malware

That’s probably adware or other malware.
The following assumes you have a complete and current backup. If not, go get that now; before proceeding.
I’d click on Show in Finder, and see what shows there, and then maybe (probably) delete it?
I don’t see this particular app around, but these change their names.
If Finder doesn’t give you a path to deletion, use the manual process listed here:
to look around. I’d avoid loading a cleaner app, as what those might do or what else those might do can be unclear.
