Screen recording

I used the screen recording feature on a clean iOS 14 iPad with only Zoom app and nothing else installed, so I have about 120GB free space. I was recording about 3.5 hours and had the iPad on charging the whole time, so the battery is always at 100%. And yet, the iPad still managed to screw up the recording of a very very important meeting.

So how can I recover a screen recording that unexpectedly stop by itself? It is very frustrating to record on an iPad with the knowledge that it can stop any screen recording at any moment, sometimes during very important meeting!
