syncing iPhone after disabled

Hi. I am trying to sync my iPhone to my computer after it has been disabled and when I go to the iTunes Store, it says there should be a sync option on the main menu, but there is not. I do not know how to restore my iPhone from this point without being able to sync it. my operating system is a macOS Catalina version 10.15.7
