If your iPhone is in a Disabled state, then you cannot create a backup. At this point, your only option is to ➔ reset the passcode with the use of a computer. This process resets the passcode, however it also erases everything and returns the iPhone to factory settings. Once it is restored to factory settings, then you can ➔ restore the iPhone from a backup file that you may have created before the iPhone was disabled.
