If your iPhone is in a Disabled state, then you cannot create a backup. At this point, your only option is to âž” reset the passcode with the use of a computer. This process resets the passcode, however it also erases everything and returns the iPhone to factory settings. Once it is restored to factory settings, then you can âž” restore the iPhone from a backup file that you may have created before the iPhone was disabled.
