Hello I just got a new iPhone today and lost the Sim card tray. Can this be replaced?

How do I replace a SIM card I have an iphone 7. ConsumerCellular is sending me a new SIM card. I found the pin hole on the right side of the phone and what looks like a small tray opening. I used a pin but the tray doesn't open. Is there a secret to it?

My XR iphone does not have a pin hole to remove the sim card I need to replace my sim card on my iPhone XR. It doesn't have a pin hole to access the sim card. How can I replace it?

Use the Contact Support link at the top of this page and ask an Apple support tech.

Lawrence, without fanfare and for some unknown reason they changed that link from Contact Support to Get Support.
