iPhone 12

my iPhone 12 is frozen, I can move around screens but can't go into any of my apps. I have tried volume up and down and then off button but nothing happens, the phone vibrates and that's it. what do I do?

iPhone 11 is frozen My iPhone 11 has been frozen for over 5 hours now, touch screen works but none my apps will open. I try to turn off the phone but it won’t even when I hold the power button.
