Apple Watch froze can’t power off

Same problem happened to me.. Apple force me to update the latest Apple iOS.. and once after update the latest iOS my apple gone weird now..

Problems occurs:

1. Cannot power off, once power off it auto switch on again.
2. Auto calling emergency contact even I just leave my apple watch on my desk.. its been happened couple of times that call to police station.
3. When wearing the watch it always auto silence my phone and watch incoming alert ringtones make me always missed some important calls and messages.
4. Can’t stop sync my apple watch with my iPhone.. Last time I used my watch just like normal watch without synchronize but now force me to sync to use it.

Very disappointed with Apple products now that they force us to update and makes some bugs to the old version of Apple products to make us buy the new model.
