I’m using iPhone 12 to a week now. But when I call someone and turn on the loud speaker, they can’t seem to hear me. I hear them but they don’t hear me.. Same when I’m using messenger, zoom, and google meet. I can hear them clearly but the person/s I’m talking to cannot even hear me. It seems defective. Should I return the product.

Yes absolutely have it examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center. The iPhone is still new and the 1YR Limited warranty in your region is still active. Take advantage of it.
