request cancellation of subscription

I was on a special offer for Linked in premium one month free and today is the last day. I forgot to cancel in order to avoid charges. I found already applied the charges through my credit card and I don't wish to continue with the premium offer. Therefore may I ask you to cancel my subscription and refund my money of $74.72.
