I have an iPhone XS my phone is cracked really bad and ink is seeking through I would like to know how much would it coast to fix it or what I should even do

You should definitely take it in for service to an Apple store of one of their authorized service centers. If you go through Apple, you can find out how much it will cost here: https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair/service
Depending on the extent of damage, you may be charged for an “other” repair type instead of just a display repair, which will be a little more expensive.
