AppleCare+ is a plan you pay extra for
AppleCare+ Theft and Loss and like AppleCare+ you pay for it and it includes protection for theft and loss
The cost for the replacement of a cracked screen is depending on which plan you have. All will require you to pay for a screen replacement. AppleCare+ and AppleCare+ Theft and Loss just offer lower cost.
