VUDU app on Apple TV 4K

I noticed the other night watching a movie on VUDU that I wasn't getting Dolby Digital (5.1 audio) passing through to my Yamaha receiver. I have Apple TV going directly to my LG OLED, the only way I can pass Dolby Vision, UHD & HDR. I then take the ARC out of the LG back to my Yamaha AVR. Unfortunately the Yamaha was built prior to Dolby Vision, even though it will pass 4K video.

Regardless, if I open the VUDU app on the LG (Smart TV) everything works as it should. I was going to check all of my settings this afternoon, but when I came home, my wife was watching something on HBO Max using the Apple TV app. Of course, it was passing Dolby AC3 to the Yamaha and 5.1 was working.

This proves my settings on Apple TV, as well as pass-through settings on the LG, are working. Just wondering if anyone else can verify this problem before I submit a support ticket to VUDU to fix their app.
