You absolutely can and should report phishing calls. The FTC is your best bet. A drop in the bucket, but hey.

You can also report to your carrier. They should be able to block further harassment from their end. At least from that specific number if it wasn’t blocked caller ID.

Create a TikTok video. Or YouTube. Ask your legislators about the regulatory mess. Etc. Other than that, scam calls are ubiquitous.
