Freeze in Apple ID Window of Settings
When I click on the top field - Name, Phone Numbers, Email - I get the spinning gear and can't get beyond that. Any ideas as to what might be causing this freeze?

I don't think that it's a case of a frozen screen. All the other fields below the top one are responsive and open into a new window when clicked on. It's just that top field (Name, Phone Numbers, Email) that gives me the spinning gear and does NOT open into a new window the way it should.
