Apple Watch series 6 just spinning little clock not showing time or any watch face

I’ve unpaired, force restarted, updated & even erased all settings & restored my watch to factory settings. Setup from a backup, also setup as new watch another time & nothing seems to work to keep the watch face on. It goes to a little small clock in the middle of the screen with small dots spinning around it & kills the battery super fast. I can still use other apps & such, but what good is a watch if it can’t tell time????!!!

Currently it’s working on the meridian watch face that it booted up with after the update, however anytime I change to any other face it goes to the stupid spinning dots small clock. I just discovered this by leaving it on the face it came with.

Which iOS version is your iPhone 12 Pro Max running on?

Install iOS 14.4 if you haven't.

On your iPhone > Watch app

My Watch > MY FACES > which watch faces have you installed?

Is the Watch cellular radio activated by your iPhone carrier?

Are you using number sharing with your iPhone?

Try reboot your Watch by pressing the Digital Crown and Side button together till you see the  logo.

The watch is added to my AT&T plan & active. I can receive calls on my watch while I’m out & my phone is at home. It said I was using number sharing. I have rebooted the watch with crown & side button about 7 times now.

It works on the watch face that it booted with after update. I change it to any other watch face & the spinning little clock pops back up. Changed to the blue round one & it quit working.

I have iOS 14.4 installed on my iPhone. I like the solar dial one particularly.
