Apple TV + Credit Feb-June - Apple One User

I received the following email re: The extention of trial for users of Apple TV+. This was published in the tech press so I know this email is legitimate.

“We’re applying £4.99 in credit to your Apple ID each month you’re subscribed from February through June to keep enjoying Apple Original shows and movies. That’s it — no further action is required.”

However my account has not been credited for February with the £4.99 and I paid full price.

I am an apple one premium bundle subscriber.

Is anyone else experiencing this? And have they found a solution
