Payment Method

Ok so I currently have my card in as my payment method and it’s been there for weeks but now it says “payment method failed” and it won’t let me download anything and when I tried to delete the payment method it still wouldn’t let me download anything. So the question is does anyone know how to fix this? Btw I have two phones they’re connected and my 8plus is the one I use as my main but it won’t let me download anything on my other phone (6sPlus) either.
