Bluetooth

Sometimes when I’m using my iPhone 11 Pro Max with my Bluetooth headphone I go to record something and all of a sudden out of the blue it will stop recording but it will still show that the headphones are still connected but the recording just stops the headphones have a 90 % change I have over 100 gb of free storage on my iPhone why is this doing this and how do I stop it from happening again the phone is in my pocket and the head phone are around my neck so I’m not going out side the Bluetooth range

so

1. not going out of Bluetooth range to justify it cutting off
2. battery on headphones are almost fully charged
3. iPhone has plenty of onboard storage to handle recording iPhone has a 80 % change
4. I’m running the current iOS
