Use home WiFi to make calls

Have the following turned on: Cellular Data, Wi-Fi Calling - Network Selection 'Automatic'

Airplane Mode OFF, Bluetooth OFF

Obviously I must be missing something!

I followed directions in "related Article" but still does not work.
