Apple Watch won’t unlock or reset

Hello - I got a new phone and forgot to unpair my old one from my Apple Watch. Now I can’t pair it all as it’s says it’s locked. I’ve tried to reset and it doesn’t work. I can’t even access through the phone as the details have disappeared from the app. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Go to Find Iphone.

Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase Apple Watch.

Select Next until the device is erased.

Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
