iTunes Purchase of E-audio last night

I purchased and downloaded Healing Journeys with the Black Madonna by Alessandra Bellini. It is 16 hours of material in one Ridiculous unbroken continuous track!

Please assist—I need to know how this can be downloaded properly into manageable listening with the appropriate number of tracks!

also, it is downloaded on my computer, but not onto my iPad. Can you help with that too? Thank you.
