'recently deleted' folder doesn't appear in 'albums'
Hello i've deleted some photos and would like them permanently deleted. there is no 'recently deleted' folder in 'albums'. where can i find it?

Just to be sure, have you tried opening the Photos app and see if the, "Recently Deleted" folder appears underneath "Utillities"? If not, these are the steps to help locate the, "Recently Deleted" folder for the Photos app, when a photo is deleted: Delete photos on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
