I would like to connect my macbook pro mid 2015 (through Mini DisplayPort Connector) to a LG 4k external monitor with USB-C port. How can i do that? What cable do i need?

You circled one input on your display. Look down.
The port below says "DP-In" That stands for DisplayPort in. To convert from [Mini] DisplayPort of your computer to [Full Size] DisplayPort of your display is a cable or adapter that just re-wires for the different sized connectors -- no electronics involved. And dirt-cheap.
