I have no idea as to where you are located in the world. Student subscriptions aren't available everywhere. It outlines thing in the link I provided.

Equality? I am not sure what you mean by that in this context. If you think somebody else should be handling this then contact the person at your college who handles student benefits. Unidays seems to be the ones handle the student verification aspect of things and if your college is not listed with them then Apple's computer programs won't see you as being verified.
Don't forget I am just a user of Apple products like you. I don't work for Apple any more than you do (or maybe you do, but I don't). All I know about it is what I read on websites. I'm just providing you with the information to be proactive in getting your name on the list of verified students, if you are at all truly interested in doing that.

And where is the equality with student subscriptions? I am also a student, but I do not manage the college so that it is included in the list of colleges that have a subscription available.
