How do you remove unused apps from the Ipad 6 when you don't have an X

Hello!
- Make sure you have turned off restrictions in Screen Time:
Settings > Screen Time >Restrictions > iTunes Store and App Store > Make sure 'Delete Apps' is turned ON
- Some default apps like 'Settings' cannot be removed.
