How do I transfer and Outlook Signature to Mac Mail

I have been given a new email account that resides in Exchange. I have also been given a nice signature file complete with clickable icon for the company name.

I am using Mac Mail as my default mail host. If I just copy the signature from the Outlook email to Mac Mail signatures, it looks terrible. The fonts change, and the icon (looks like a png file) resizes to a much larger size, and no longer has a link.

Any ideas???

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you've had some issues adding a signature from Outlook to the Mail app on your Mac. We'll do our best to assist.

You may need to make adjustments to the signature and file/image you wish to use in the Mail app before you add it. See the following resources Apple has available for creating a signature in the Mail app:

There isn't currently a way to import signatures into the Mac Mail app. We'd suggest providing Apple with feedback, if you wish this was a feature: Product Feedback

This didn't help. I know how to create signatures. My problem is how to get a signature out of Microsoft Outlook and import it into Mac Mail.
