Signature Mac Mail

I am trying and failing to create a signature in mac mail. I have created without problem my outlook for mac signature but cannot get all the items I want to stay in the correct place. Any advice would be hugely appreciated as I will need to use Mac mail as well as outlook for mac mail.

My email signature on Mail appears as attachment to the recipients who view my emails on Outlook, gmail.com and in general everywhere apart from the Mail Apple app. I am in contact with Apple care service and they appear to have never heard of this issue again while I see that it has been mentioned here by many people over the years. The most common reply seems to be that it depends on the recipients server the way the signature will appear but I think this is an Apple software issue that it is just being neglected. Outlook reads the signature sent from outlook or Gmail. The only problem is with Apple Mail... Anyway, if someone has found a solution to this please let me know. It is a very important issue, I can't send professional emails with no signature and several attachments containing the parts of the signature, no one takes this seriously. Apple Mail signatures not working I need help. I can add signatures to Apple mail by going to Preferences>>Signatures. So under all Signatures it shows I have 8 signatures. On the left hand side where it shows all the mail accounts it shows that my iCloud email has 3 and then the other 5 accounts show 1 listed. On each account I made sure under choose signature that each account has the signature listed there. When I got to New messages the only signatures that will show to choose from is my iCloud signatures. I'm running macOS Monterey 12.2. Is this a bug in Apple Mail or software? I ran out of ideas to try to fix this. When I was running my MacBook Air I had no problems. Just switched over to MacBook Pro a few days ago and noticed this issue. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Create an email signature in Mail on iCloud.com

For Outlook - better to seek in the Microsoft Forums.
